As previously announced, at the Star Wars festival that was just held from April 14 to April 16 in Orlando, Florida, Electronic Arts (EA) and DICE were officially announced Star Wars Battlefront II – a sequel to Star War Battlefront , a Star Wars third-person first-person shooter game also by EA and DICE released in late 2015.
(Please don’t. confused Star Wars Battlefront II with Star Wars: Battlefront II, a first-person shooter game with a third-person perspective produced by Pandemic Studios and published by LucasArts in… 2005. It’s unclear if EA intended it on purpose. confuse players with this naming?)
Official release on November 17th this year, compared to its predecessor, Star War Battlefront II will give players a completely single player part with content revolving around Iden Versio, commander of Inferno Squad – the elite special forces unit of the Galactic Empire. After witnessing the destruction of the second Death Star, Iden’s squad embarked on an unlikely journey of hatred, betrayal, and a thirst for atonement to fill the 30-year gap between storyline of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens in which Iden and her teammates face off against the most famous characters associated with the Star Wars franchise in endless battles across the galaxy.
The multiplayer of Star Wars Battlefront II will span prominent periods and places in the history of Star Wars and feature all the “talents” such as Luke Skywalker, Kylo Ren , Yoda, Darth Maul, Rey,… Each battle in the game can provide a high-quality action experience for more than 40 players at the same time.
